Some of these services are: SAMPLES, CUTTING, TECHNICAL SUPPORT/NBS SPECIFICATIONS, SITE VISITS, LRV's.
Samples: All samples are free of charge and come with a next day delivery when specified as required.
Cutting: Recent successful high-quality projects has provided us with the opportunity to purchase our own cutting facilities. Thus cutting comes at a low, competitive price, alongside a high quality finish.
Technical Support/NBS Specifications: Our expertise at ST3 is unrivaled. All projects undertaken consider the Equality Act of 2010 and BS 7976 - the PTV (Slip-rating test) requirements. Thus displaying the level of professionalism for corporate and industrial projects.
Site Visits upon Request: If you request, then we shall visit the site location to ensure all customer needs are fulfilled. Any questions provided on the day shall be answered within an appropriate time frame.
LRV's: Light Reflectance Value - Similar to the PTV ratings, LRV's provide alignment with the Equality Act of 2010 to help those with visual impairments to distinguish and identify possible danger. I.e: A floor pattern ending and a wall pattern beginning. At ST3 we have specialised equipment to perform this LRV test upon request and have a rating back to the customer within 24 hours. This service comes FREE OF CHARGE.
